Since 1990 Capital Phones, Inc has been in the business of purchasing and selling used and refurbished telephone and data equipment in Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia. Originally we began as brokers of used telephone equipment but in order to better serve our customers we have developed into a full service telephone company.
